Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please do not send returns directly to manufacturers.

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal, sanitary, or hazardous items (where applicable)

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted where:

  • The item shows signs of use
  • The item is not in its original condition
  • Parts are missing (not due to our error)
  • The item is returned outside the 30-day window

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank (processing times can vary)

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a store credit for the value of the return

If the item was not marked as a gift:

  • The refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted from the total.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
